Hassan niazi today arrest

Hassan Khan Niazi, the whoreson and focal person of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf( PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, was taken into  guardianship by police outside the Judicial Complex in Islamabad on Monday.   Niazi's arrest was related to clashes between PTI workers and Islamabad police during Imran Khan's court appearance in the Toshakhana case.   He was reportedly present at the scene when the former  high minister arrived at the Judicial Complex.   Also read Court process Imran on March 30 in Toshakhana case   Police sources said that Niazi was  restrained in G- 11 near the Judicial Complex for his involvement in attacking law enforcement  labor force and causing chaos in the civil capital.   They added that the PTI leader has been shifted to an undisclosed  position. 

The arrest is part of an ongoing crackdown on PTI activists and  sympathizers who police claim assaulted law enforcers while they were performing their duties in Islamabad.   The PTI,  still, claimed that Niazi had been" kidnapped " by police  officers as he'd  formerly  attained bail in all cases. 

 Supporter Faisal Chaudhry has filed a  solicitation in the Islamabad High Court( IHC) for Niazi's release. The  solicitation stated that" police kidnapped  Hassan Niazi from the demesne of the Judicial Complex after he  attained guarantee in the case."   PTI  line Farrukh Habib  spoke Barrister Niazi was taken into  guardianship from outside theanti-terrorism court and  appended that he was granted guarantee by the court before his arrest.   Theanti-terrorism court had granted guarantee to PTI leaders  involving Niazi against surety bond of Rs,000 till April 3.   The PTI chief and some  elderly party leaders were  reserved last week in a case of violence during a rally in Lahore, which  contended the life of a PTI worker.   Also read Imran, others  reserved on terrorism charges   The first information report( FIR) was registered at the Blood Course police position under theAnti-Terrorism Act( ATA), which also carried the  legit vittles pertaining to murder, attempt to  croak and other offences.   The other PTI leaders  reserved in the case  comprehended Fawad Chaudhry, Farukh Habib, and Hassan Niazi. They were  indicted of “ hanging   public  screen agencies ” and “ destroying the government and its institutions  slipup by  slipup ”.   A PTI worker  failed during a police crackdown on the PTI rally to label the  launch of the election  crusade in Punjab on Wednesday. The PTI  contended that the  departed,  linked as Ali Bilal  cognomen Zil-e-Shah,  failed of police  murder.   Police Spokesperson Syed Mubashir Hassan had  spoke that “ at least 11 bobbies
             were injured in PTI activists ’  murder ”. He  appended two bobbies
             were  oppressively injured and  shifted to the General Hospital in  overcriticalcondition.ses.
