High winds make it difficult for planes to land at Heathrow Airport
Storm Noa's strong winds caused a United Airlines passenger plane to abandon its Heathrow Airport landing.
A live feed from the aviation channel Big Jet TV on YouTube captured the moment and also showed several other planes struggling to land in the bad weather.
The Isles of Scilly have recorded wind gusts of over 60mph (96.5km/h) as Storm Noa moves across the UK. Wind speeds of up to 113 kilometers per hour have been predicted by the Met Office.
